La DUDH (Declaración universal de los derechos humanos): La primera declaración mundial sobre la dignidad y la igualdad inherentes a todos los seres humanos
La Declaración de derechos inglesa de 1689, redactada después de las guerras civiles que estallaron en este país, surgió de la aspiración del pueblo a la democracia. Exactamente un siglo después, la Revolución Francesa dio lugar a la Declaración de los Derechos del Hombre y del Ciudadano y su proclamación de igualdad para todos.
Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y la creación de las Naciones Unidas, la comunidad internacional se comprometió a no permitir nunca más atrocidades como las sucedidas en ese conflicto. Los líderes del mundo decidieron complementar la carta de las naciones unidas con una hoja de ruta para garantizar los derechos de todas las personas en cualquier lugar y en todo momento.

Exactly a century later, the French revolution gave rise to the Declaration of the rights of man andthe citizen and his proclamation of equality for all. After the second world war and the creation of the United Nations, the international communitycommitted itself to not ever allow more atrocities such as the resumed in this conflict. The world'sleaders decided to complement the Charter of the United Nations with a roadmap to ensure therights of all persons in any place and at any time.
